ThinkClick is a practical, science-backed coaching experience co-created by Tim Pattenden and Georgia Hodkinson GMBPsS of PsyWork, an Organisational Psychologist currently completing Stage 2 of the British Psychological Society’s Qualification in Occupational Psychology.


Together, we’ve blended performance psychology, organisational science, and real-world leadership experience to create a framework that helps people shift how they think under pressure so they can act differently and perform better.


It sits at the intersection of mindset, adaptability, and behaviour, helping you see how the way you interpret the world drives how you respond to it.


ThinkClick creates the conditions for what we call ‘click moments', those instant shifts where everything becomes clearer, stress reduces, and better decisions become obvious.

These frameworks are brought to life through our own 7-step RETHINK Method — a practical process that turns awareness into action:

  2. Expose – Identify the beliefs behind them
  3. Test – Challenge what’s true, logical, and helpful
  4. Hold – Stay with discomfort without reacting
  5. Identify – Reconnect to what really matters
